LEVEL 3 PLAN & POLICY We are open under Level 3 and our number one priority in this unprecedented time is health & safety - of our staff and our customers. CLEANING Health and safety is key at this time, we have put in place the following actions: - All customer vehicles and courtesy vehicles will be cleaned with sanitiser when they arrive on-site and before they are returned to customers. - Cleaning of customer vehicles is administered by the same two people to ensure consistent and thorough cleaning as well as limiting access to customer vehicles. - All shared equipment is cleaned throughout the day and thoroughly at the end of the day by a professional cleaning service.
STAFF We have a separate and very thorough staff policy for COVID-19 which includes: - Designated work areas for each staff member. - 1-metre rule for any work that is essential and requires close contact and a 2-metre rule for the rest of the time. - Each staff member is kitted with PPE including gloves, hand sanitiser, masks and goggles alongside their regular PPE. - Shared machinery are all fitted out with sanitiser spray to be used before use. - Anyone showing signs of a cough/cold will stay home and get tested for COVID-19 and not return until better and have had a negative COVID test result.
